Off-page SEO Metrics Templates

Off-page SEO Metrics

We are excited to add another integration to our marketing tools - MOZ.

MOZ is arguably the most used SEO tool. In fact, they are one of the pioneers when it comes to SEO. After the decline of Page rank, MOZ came up with Domain Authority (DA) which is a scale to rank a website from 1 to 100. You can use it to compare the website authority of two or multiple website’s. Similarly, there are other metrics like Page Authority (PA) which does the same job but at a page level.

In this article, we’ll look at how to setup MOZ and the different use cases that is possible with Stackby.

Setup Process

  1. Just head on to the integrations page and enter your MOZ API key. Whether you’re a free or a paid customer, you can grab the API key from here.
  2. After authentication just select MOZ as a third-party service provider when choosing a column type.
  3. The last step is to map the URL column you want to analyse under the reference column.

You can track all URL metrics like DA, PA, Spam score, Subdomain external links and more.

Here’s what you can do using MOZ and Stackby -

Streamline Link building - If you’re running link building campaigns for guest posting, you can use the MOZ API to filter out the bad sites by analysing the DA and Spam score.

Pro Tip - Since we also support Email Hunter integration, you can create a prospect list and filter out the bad one’s. This will help you reach out to the right people and save a ton of time in manual reach outs.

SEO Reports - Create detailed SEO reports using MOZ API. If you want to learn about different SEO reports you can check here.

Pro Tip - Since we support direct integration with Serpstat, Google PageSpeed and Analytics, you can create very detailed reports and track different metrics daily without shifting between different tools. You just need to click on the refresh button and all the data will be updated.

Whether you’re an SEO professional or agency owner you will find our integration very useful. It can really help you streamline your workflow and save you a ton of time. We have some cool integrations lined up for release including Integromat, and more. Stay tuned.

Podcast Editorial Calendar Templates

Podcast Editorial Calendar

Let’s face it, running a podcast is hard, especially when you’re starting out. You need to have an effective plan in place to really see any sustainable results from your effort. This is right from thinking about an episode idea to publishing and tracking its results.

At StackBy we know this. Hence, we’ve created this podcast planning template. It covers everything from tracking your podcast episodes, guests, sponsorships, and more. We’ll go later in detail to find the usage of each sheet.

Here’s we’ve tried to cover all major elements in the podcast planning template. The template is divided into five different sheets -

  1. Podcast Episodes - This sheet allows how to track the progress of each podcast idea, right from prospecting to when it goes live. You can sort by date, podcast status and even by the host (in case multiple people are collaborating on a single podcast)
  2. Guests - This sheet helps you track the guests you’ve tried to approach and additional details like Job title, Company Name, and more.
  3. Transcript - If you convert each episode into a transcript, this sheet will be very useful. You can use it to track the status of the transcript, especially when you’ve had the task outsourced.
  4. Podcast Sponsorships - It lets you track all the current sponsorships and invoices.
  5. Podcast ad units - Helps you map the ad units with the companies.

If you want to use the template, just create a free account on Stackby and click on “Copy Stack”. StackBy helps non-technical folks make the most out of spreadsheets. It allows you to build and customize solutions the way they want. Happy Podcasting!
